I have really enjoyed living in the charming cottage and it is so convenient for everything, the railway station at Emsworth gives access to the whole of the south and London of course. Although it is convenient it is also quiet here with the stream at the front it could be anywhere in the UK and yet you can walk into the village in minutes and Emsworth has nearly everything you could need and some great pubs and restaurants as well. I have spent a lot of time on the cottage and believe that it is now complete and a very comfortable place to live. The summerhouse /studio has been invaluable for visiting friends and the kitchen/dining room and living room is brilliant for entertaining, I hope the next owners will love it as I do.
