The views are the wow factor of these unique properties, which nestle close to the beach in Combe Martin, at the heart of the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Newberry Beach is adjacent to Combe Martin Beach which is larger and sandier. Dogs are permitted on Newberry Beach, but not on the adjacent Combe Martin Beach. Also close by, there is direct access to the South West Coast Path which provides walks with unrivalled views of some of the most breathtaking scenery in the UK. At Barnstaple, the North Devon Link Road provides access Junction 27 of the M5, where Tiverton Parkway also can provide access to London (Paddington in just over 2 hours). The surrounding countryside and coastline provide excellent recreational facilities with lovely wide open safe and sandy surfing beaches at Croyde, Putsborough, Saunton and Woolacombe. Directions
