Directions


From London -
  • Follow the A12 (Northbound) towards Ipswich.
  • Leave the A12 at junction 26, then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A1124, Essex Yeomanry Way.
  • At the Essex Yeomanry roundabout take the second exit continuing along the A1124 London Road.
  • Continue along the A1124 as London Road becomes Lexden Road and finally Southway.
  • At the Southway roundabout continue straight over along Southway A134.
  • At the next roundabout take the 4th exit on to Mersea Road,  B1025.
  • Follow the road and Praecedo is on your left hand side.

From Ipswich -
  • Follow the A12 (Southbound) towards London and exit the A12 at junction 29.
  • At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Ipswich Road (A1232), Continue along this road, going straight over 3 roundabouts.
  • At the junction with East Street turn right and continue straight on up East Hill, at the top of the hill turn left into Queen Street.
  •  Follow this road until you reach the roundabout, go straight over onto Mersea Road (B1025).
  • Praecedo is found just the road on the left hand side.
