I have been living at my property now for approximately 15 years and have loved it. I refurbished the flat back in 2011 and had a new Vaillant combination boiler installed with a five year extended warranty. There are only two flats in the building and both of us have a share of the freehold which makes things easy to manage and keep our service charges low. I do not have to pay parking charges as the parking in my street is unrestricted. The flat is in council tax band A and I currently pay £74 per month. I am always in credit for both Gas and Electric as I am currently paying £66 per month for both. I am selling the flat as i have recently retired and plan to move aboard so there will be no onward chain.
I use the local bus services which run regularly to all different parts of Brighton & Hove and further a field, there is a hopper bus which runs up and down Hartington Road this will take you to Brighton Station.
