From the library at the junction of Market Street and Highweek Road, continue up Highweek Road and proceed over the traffic lights. Bear left at the first turning before the school playing grounds into Highweek Road. Take the first turning on the left, just before Brunswick house, where you will find Teigngrove.

Teigngrove is a very interesting property. Believed to have been constructed as an alcohol store with living accommodation for the old manor house nearby, this property has survived over two centuries of development around it, and remains remarkably intact.
