There were a number of things I liked about this flat when I viewed it. Having my own private entrance and outside space is a real bonus, it makes it feel more like a house than a flat! The communal garden is lovely too. It rarely seems to be used, so it feels very private and it is great to have such a beautiful outlook from my living room. There is plenty of parking available for residents and guests, another thing that appealed to me.
Since living here I have updated throughout. The kitchen and bathroom have been replaced. The stone work on the building has recently been re-pointed and the outside has been repainted. I own a share of the freehold and we extended our leases too.
