Sampford Peverell is a very popular village, lying as it does only a mile from Junction 27 of the M5 motorway with its adjoining Parkway Station (Paddington in about 2.5 hours). The village has a very active community, two Pubs, a village store, Doctors Surgery and a very good little Primary School. The village also lies within the catchment of the ever popular Uffculme Comprehensive School.

Directions

From Tiverton follow the Halberton signs and go straight through the village sign posted to Sampford Peverell. As you enter the village the road starts to slope gently downwards, and you will see the property on the left. From Junction 27 of the M5 proceed towards Tiverton taking the first left towards Sampford Peverell. Proceed through the village, passing over the canal bridge and the property will be seen as you are leaving the village on the right.
