Sunderland marina is one of the most desirable locations in Sunderland. Benefiting from a pleasant walks along the coast and access to the beach and piers. Directions :-
From the city centre head over the Wearmouth Bridge towards Seaburn. At the Wheatsheaf pub follow the one way system round to the right. Stay in the middle lane and after the traffic lights follow the road round to the right and then when the road forks take the left exit. Go straight over the next roundabout and follow the road past the Harbour View pub then at the next roundabout take the second exit and head down the bank and take the first right in to the marina, follow the road round to the left and the property is located on the left hand side.
