Being so accessible to the mainline station was incredibly important to me as I worked in London. It was also extremely useful when we let the apartment out for a year whilst we were abroad.
Being on the top floor with no-one above, you feel so much more calm and quiet and I love to sit down in my living room and gaze out of my large windows to drink in the view. Being on the top floor also makes me feel safe and secure, plus on a more practical level, I get to use the loft for storage!
The layout of the flat really works for our family. The bedrooms are sensibly towards the back of the flat, away from the living space and the kitchen is completely separate which I really like.
