Hope Farm has large level mature gardens with predominantly walled boundaries, behind which there are areas of garden to cater for all horticultural needs. A gate leads into a veg plot and into the rear of the house. To the rear of Hope Farm there is a length of terrace ideal for 'al fresco' eating as it has access from both kitchens. There is also a wide long lawn leading away from this area which is currently used as the children's play area. Double gates lead out onto the driveway giving access to the double garage.
Accommodation

The main staircase rises from the reception hall. It has stripped old pine ballusters and at half landing level a door leads into one landing. The staircase continues to the first floor. There are five bedrooms in total, most of which have sash windows and working shutters, high ceilings, and cast iron fire grates. The second staircase leads from a landing down to the study on the north side of the house.
