Hope Farm has large level mature gardens with predominantly walled boundaries, behind which there are areas of garden to cater for all horticultural needs. A gate leads into a veg plot and into the rear of the house. To the rear of Hope Farm there is a length of terrace – ideal for 'al fresco' eating as it has access from both kitchens. Accommodation

The second staircase leads from a landing down to the study on the north side of the house.
