The land


The land is laid to grass and extends to a total of approximately 99.66 acres divided into 10 hedged and fenced fields with a small wood on the northern boundary. In recent years the property has been grazed on an informal basis by a local livestock farmer.


The fishing lakes


There are four fishing lakes extending to a total of approximately 5 acres.

One lake is stocked with trout, the other three contain a variety of freshwater fish including carp, tench, roach, rudd and chub.
