What the Owner says: When I brought this Grade II listed property in 2002, I did not know Tunbridge Wells at all. I saw a newly refurbished property which was light, attractive and modernised. York Road is a quiet residential street, with a one-way traffic system. I bought this property as it was overlooking the attractive Trinity Church, gardens, greenery and trees. The property is close to the town centre and within walking distance to shops, parks, the common and numerous restaurants. Trinity Arts shows the latest films, holds concerts and plays. The town is a prime location for independent, secondary and preparatory schools. The property is easy to maintain and is extremely warm in the winter by the full central heating system.
