Tunbridge Wells town is just to the south. It offers a whole host of retail, dining and entertainment experiences. It’s a beautiful town with its own common and the famous Georgian Pantiles too. There’s an arts centre, beautiful architecture and a cosmopolitan air. If you ever do get bored, there’s a mainline line to London and the East Sussex coast is within striking distance for us drivers.

The property is pleasingly designed. There’s a bay window to the lounge with double glazed sash windows, a good sized double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The allocated parking is a Godsend – no more battling for space when all you want to do is get indoors and relax!

This has been a great place to live. We can stroll into town easily and have never needed the taxis or paid the parking charges that our friends seem to do. As the block is modern, we’ve our own parking space too – it seems so much better than the neighbouring Victorian houses, whose owners battle to park night after night.
St Johns is a lovely neighbourhood. If we get bored of the communal gardens here, the park down the road is fantastic. Furthermore, there’s an excellent choice of cafes, bars and shops.
The flat is well designed. It has good room sizes and is quiet too. The neighbours are friendly and the sense of community has always been reassuring.
