Situation
These two adjoining stone barn conversions are set within the small rural hamlet of Kentisburyford, just off the A39 Barnstaple to Lynton road, providing convenient access.

Wheelwrights and Chaffcutters are two most attractive stone built barn conversions set within the small hamlet at Kentisburyford and with planning consent for 10 month Holiday Occupancy.
The properties have been let as holiday cottages for a number of years and are well located, being central for access to the coastline at Woolacombe and Lynton, together with the Exmoor National Park to the east and Barnstaple, the administrative centre for North Devon to the south.
