Directions :-

From Elgin travel towards Aberlour, turn left at the signpost for Dufftown. Take the B9009 from Dufftown towards Tomintoul, turn right at The Square and approximately 5 miles distant turn left at the signpost for Glenrinnes Graveyard. Continue passed the S bend then approximately 200 yards passed Mill Cottage, look to the left where there are two bridges, there is a farm track road on the left. Park at the bottom of this road where the sellers will meet prospective buyers for viewing.
