From junction 27 of the M5 Motorway take the A361 North Devon Link Road. Proceed for about 8 miles, ignoring the first exit to Tiverton and at the roundabout turn left (1st exit). Continue straight across the next small roundabout, pass the Petroc college on the right, and then turn right (3rd exit) at the following roundabout by the sports centre. Continue past Morrisons supermarket, over the river Exe, and turn right (2nd exit) at the small roundabout into Rackenford Road. Continue along Rackenford Road for approximately ½ mile turning left into Ridge Lane. Follow the lane for 0.25 miles and Hill View will be found on the left hand side identified by a Stags for sale board.
