On leaving Topsham, proceed out via Bridge Hill and on past Dart's Farm on your left hand side. At the St George & Dragon roundabout, take the second exit signposted Exmouth. Lympstone is a delightful unspoilt estuary village situated some twelve miles from the Cathedral city of Exeter and three miles from the coastal town of Exmouth.
