For us, it was all about the location. We wanted a home that made all of Tunbridge Wells easily accessible and we wanted to combine that with a better-than-average plot size - thankfully, we found them both here. We’re close to the North Farm retail park, a place that has an increasingly good mix of stores and the town itself is equally accessible. We also wanted to be proximate to the towns various transport links: High Brooms mainline railway station is nearby as is the A21. This helps us a lot when it comes to getting to work. The aforementioned plot size gives us more off road parking. We’ve plenty of space in the back garden too & we took advantage of that to put up a large conservatory. It’s got electric under floor heating which we hope will be of interest as winter drags on!
