Sampford Peverell is a popular village lying about a mile from Junction 27 of the M5 motorway, with its adjoining Parkway Station. In the village there is a very active community, with a good primary school and the village lies within the catchment of the ever popular Uffculme Comprehensive.

Through the village runs the Grand Western Canal along the tow path of which are some lovely walks. There is a good bus service and the village also has a local post office/convenience store, as well as two pubs and a lovely old Church.

Directions

From Junction 27 take the A361 and after half a mile turn left towards Sampford Peverell. Proceed up into the village and turn right immediately after you cross over the canal and continue up past the Church and school until you see Blackdown View on the left hand side.
