Location


Oakleigh enjoys a wonderful location in the highly favoured village of Ashford between Barnstaple and the coast at Saunton. Barnstaple town centre is 3 miles away and is home to a rich variety of high street multiple and local traders. There is also a thriving local theatre and 4 screen cinema. Towards the coast is Braunton about 3 miles away and reputably one of the largest villages in the country. It also includes an excellent range of facilities. Exeter the County Town and Cathedral City with its international airport is about 55 miles away (via the North Devon Link Road and the M5 motorway).
