Space will not be an issue in this fantastic 3 bedroom town house. It's just perfect for anyone looking for something to grow into.
The kitchen/diner leads onto the garden so it's light and airy and it is easy to see that this will become the hub of the home. If you fancy a lazy evening the large lounge will easily accommodate the whole family and it will definitely fit that corner sofa you have always wanted.
Originally a 4 bedroom house, the previous owner has tweaked the layout so there is now a larger 3rd bedroom and shower room as well as the main bathroom. That will certainly help with the morning rush!
Located close to the town, you can easily walk to the station as it's under a mile away and it's also within a short walk to both primary and secondary schools. If you do need the car, you can go out knowing you will always have a space when you get home as the property has a driveway big enough for 2 cars, not to mention the garage.
The current owners have kept the home neutral and well maintained so all you will need to worry about when you move in is what colour to paint the walls. That will be sooner rather than later as the property is chain free.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.
What the Owner says: The space this house has was the main reason we put in an offer. Every room is large and very versatile. We needed a home office and the bedroom on the first floor was ideal.
The house had had some work done when we bought it and since we have lived here we have replaced the boiler and had the property re-wired.
The location has been ideal with the station close by and also the access onto the Tonbridge bypass.
We've really enjoyed owning this property but have decide to relocate which is why we are selling.
