As you walk the half a mile from Tonbridge High Street or the train station to this 2 bedroom terraced home, you will quickly realise that whether commuting everyday or just popping to the shops, that it is quick and easily done on foot.
This home is found in a quiet road, especially considering how close to town it is, but as you spot the front door for the first time, seeing it in its own little spinney of houses, will make it feel even more private.
Having the parking space right out front means no jostling for position, even though parking down this far is usually okay on the road anyway.
If to be your first home or just wanting something to move straight into, then breathe a sigh of relief as it is in such good order. Everything is fresh and modern so when your friends and family come round for their first visit, they will have to comment and admire your fine choice in home buying.
Having the conservatory means that if you are having a gathering or a dinner party, there is space to accommodate as well as be sociable.
Please be aware that this area is so popular that homes here generally do not stay for sale very long. Please call to book your appointment now!

What the Owner says: This has been such a great home for me. Not only is it so convenient for everything, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the station and the High Street, but the neighbours here are wonderful. It is nice to feel part of a community and be able to say hello to people that you see and recognise. I certainly feel that we all look out for each other here. I had the central heating system serviced in November 2013 and this is all fine. In my few years here I have done some alterations which I am particularly pleased with. The conservatory was done in August 2013 and has opened up the amount of space downstairs we have. We also made alterations to the 2nd bedroom, opening up a wardrobe from the 1st bedroom and this has just given it so much more space.
