What the Owner says: There were several reasons why I bought this property and of course the view was a big one. It's so lovely being able to sit down with a cup of tea and look at the river and castle.
Another big factor was the parking. Some of the other apartments I viewed had car parks quite far from the front door of the flat, whereas this one is underneath the building and very secure.
Being so close to everything is brilliant. It takes no time at all to get to the shops. You would think that you would get a lot of noise being so close to the town, yet up on the top floor it's actually very peaceful. If I could pick this apartment up and take it with me I would, i'll really miss living here.
