When we are looking for our first or next home we all have a 'must have' list and it must come within our budget. With this family home you can put the list away and just move straight in.
Situated in a popular residential area which is perfect for an abundance of local schools and bus routes as well as easy access to both the M2/M20 motorway network and the railway station with its high sped rail link into London. This should appeal to anyone looking to benefit from a hassle free lifestyle.
Once inside you cannot fail to be impressed with the layout of this family home. There is a lovely sized lounge area which will be perfect for relaxing after a long day at work. Family mealtimes will be a pleasure in the open plan kitchen/dining area allowing you to keep an eye on the children during breakfast time and that all important morning rush or alternatively allowing conversation to flow in the evening whilst preparing your meals. There is outside space to the front and rear of this house. The garden provides enough space for green fingered folk or for those who enjoy the barbecue season. The garage can be accessed from the rear. Upstairs there are three generous sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The front porch has been converted into an office space. What more could you possibly want?

What the Owner says: We have lived here for many years and brought our family up in this home. We have always loved being a part of this neighbourhood, it is so lovely and has the benefit of being so convenient too. The local schools are within walking distance and so are the bus routes and local shops.
Now that our family have all moved on the home is just a little too big for us now and we hope to be able to offer our house to another family that will enjoy it as much as we have.
