Although in this totally rural setting, there is easy access to Crowborough about 1.75 miles for a good range of shopping facilities and amenities and is about 3.5 miles to the south of Groombridge for local shops, pubs and the well known Groombridge Place. Tunbridge Wells is about 7 miles to the north for more comprehensive shopping facilities and recreational amenities.
