The gardens are a particular feature of Ash Farm and extend to 0.846 acres, much of which has been planted by the current owners. The property stands back from the private lane where to the front there is a sweeping in and out gravel driveway. To the front and sides there is an area of lawn as well as mature mixed flower beds and borders. The main garden to the rear of the property has a good open expanse of grass and to the side there are more mature flower beds and herbaceous borders and trees. Situation
Ash Farm enjoys a wonderful position on the edge of Harpsden which is considered one of Henley’s principal residential locations. Harpsden golf course is close by together with several others within the general area and the surrounding countryside provides lovely walks and rides. Henley town centre is approximately 2 miles providing a comprehensive range of shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre and recreational facilities including boating on the River Thames. Directions
From central Henley continue towards the river and turn right at the traffic lights before the bridge into Thames-side. Follow the road round by the river and on to the junction with the Reading Road. At the traffic lights turn left on to the Reading Road and at the Three Horseshoes Pub, fork right into Harpsden Road which leads into Harpsden Way. Continue down the hill and bear right at the bottom past Harpsden Church and immediately left into Woodlands Road. Continue for approximately three-quarters of a mile turn right on to Upper Bolney Road and the entrance to Ash Farm will be found on the left hand side.
