Westdowns is a small coastal hamlet situated between the villages of St Teath and Delabole, both with a comprehensive range of local amenities. Delabole is a popular village with a strong community spirit and a good resident population with a mixture of older style and newer properties. Camelford is approximately 5 miles away and offers more comprehensive facilities for everyday needs while the town of Wadebridge is just 10 miles distant.
