Property description

Looking for that ideal family or retirement property? Well look no further as this has to be the perfect opportunity for you! A truly spectacular setting; imagine yourself relaxing whilst taking in the magnificent uninterrupted views across the Nevill area and rolling hills of the South Downs beyond.

It is a great location to raise your family, as a choice of well-regarded primary and secondary schools are within walking distance. With a safe and secluded feel, this cul-de-sac setting will provide a wonderful haven to put down roots in this historic county town.

You will not fail to be impressed with the light and airy rooms and versatile layout. Use the family room for entertaining or use it as a downstairs bedroom if a ground floor accommodation is required. This property will suit anyone looking to accommodate a growing family.

Lewes itself has a variety of High Street shops and independent boutiques. The many cafes, restaurants and traditional pubs make for pleasant evenings and weekends out. There is mainline train station with direct links to London and Brighton.

What the Owner says:
Already living in Lewes, I knew it was important for me and my family to stay here, as we had already started to benefit from this location. We wanted to be a bit nearer to my son's school and wanted a secure spot for my children to gain some independence.

When I saw the amazing panoramic views, together with the quiet nature of the setting, I immediately knew it was the house for us.

It has been a delightful home and I shall be sorry to leave it but I am certain the new owner(s) will create a great lifestyle for themselves here and settle very quickly into the welcoming community.
