I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful property to own. I purchased the maisonette as it was just so well laid out compared to other properties available at the time in that price range, with a location that was so well located to the high street and great transport links.

I bought the apartment to refurbish and live in before I relocate, so if you are looking for an investment it could be a very easy option for anyone looking for a buy-to-let as well as being great for any first time buyer.

It will be sad to see it sell but I know that I am handing over a very good property for the new owners.
