Planning Permission
Conditional planning permission was granted by the North East Derbyshire Council (Application Number 15/00998/cupdmb) on 23rd November 2015 and copies of the consent and the draft plans are available from the agents upon request. The barn which extends to some 49' x 50' includes a spacious full height Entrance Dining Hall with stairs to first floor. Leading from the Hall is the Utility Room, Cloakroom and the large Dining Kitchen with doors to the front courtyard. The large Living Room will have new French doors to the rear, taking advantage of the views over its own land together with a separate study. On the First Floor there is a Landing with balustrade overlooking the Dining Hall and this gives access to the Four Bedrooms and the Family Bathroom. It should be noted that there is ample scope for a purchaser to amend the layout of the accommodation subject to any necessary consents.
