We were driving around the area 19 years ago and saw a Ward & Partners For Sale board outside this house. A quick phone call to the agent and before we knew it the house was ours!

We love its proximity to the sea front and the lounge that leads out to the balcony; you can see the sea between the buildings.

Having a garage and parking space make life very easy and is essential in Sandgate.
