Once upstairs there is a landing area with frosted glass door leading in to the office. This is perfect for anyone who works from home or just needs a good space for a study. There are large windows overlooking the garden which provide a lot of natural light. Next to the study is the very large living room. This has a fitted modern glass fronted gas fire, large windows overlooking the front with electrically operated black out blinds and every movie fans ultimate dream: A superb drop down projector screen and state of the art projector which is perfect for enjoying film nights or large sporting events.

As with most modern houses the most impressive room is the kitchen/ family room. There is a wonderfully modern kitchen fitted out with a various range of high gloss units housing all sorts of different and clever storage areas as well as two eye level ovens a convector oven and a built in coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is an impressive island in the middle with 5 ring induction hob and rising extractor fan which provides even further storage. There is a huge amount of work surface space which is fitted in a pale coloured Corian. You can sit up at the island like a breakfast bar but there is also plenty of space for a large table and chairs as well as a more social seating area with sofas. There are bi-fold doors that lead out to the balcony meaning you can really open up the kitchen with outside.

The house also benefits from an under floor heating system that runs throughout the house, engineered solid oak flooring in the hall ways and other rooms, and solar panels which subsidise hot water bills.

Location "Vizion House" is located towards the southerly end of Shirley Drive in Hove; arguably one of the more desirable roads in the area and opposite Hove recreational ground which provides an excellent open space for dog walkers or for children to play in the summer. Hove mainline train station is a short walk away and the A27 is very easily accessed by car meaning driving to London or Chichester is very easy.
