The basic kitchen offers scope for improvement and is complimented by an utility room and a larder store.

On the first floor there is a galleried landing which leads to all six bedrooms and the two family bathrooms. Worth mentioned is the bay window with mullion windows in the master bedroom with the adjoining dressing room. This dressing room could also become an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom.

Situation
Wantage is a market town and civil parish in the Vale of the White Horse set on the Letcombe Brook and the fringe of the Berkshire Downs about 8 miles south-west of Abingdon, a similar distance west of Didcot and 14 miles south-west of Oxford. Wantage offers a wide and comprehensive range of shops and leisure facilities, including a Sainsbury's and Waitrose, whilst more extensive facilities can be found in Newbury and Oxford. Oxfordshire and Berkshire has a wide choice of some excellent private schools particularly in the Abingdon and Oxford area.

There are a number of outbuildings including two single garages, a studio, store room, outhouse, shed, greenhouse and a two bay stable block with a tack room.

The property is approached via a gravel drive leading to the front of the property where there are two single garages and ample parking. There is side access which leads to the rear garden which provides well stocked herbaceous borders and mature trees, providing a good degree of privacy.
