Property description

As you approach this pretty detached bungalow you would be forgiven for thinking just how much space there is on offer here. You will certainly have no problem parking when you return home from work or school as there is plenty of off road parking outside as well as a good size garage which is both extra parking and handy storage. The home flows very well with a large entrance porch and entrance hallway. There isn't what you would call a single bedroom as both bedrooms are a good size giving you plenty of space for all your bedroom furniture.

The large lounge is the perfect room to enjoy a quiet night in and is ideal for you to sit in front of the tv and enjoy your favourite programmes. The separate dining room give you the space for more formal dining as well as a place to just sit and enjoy reading your daily paper with a fresh cup of coffee.

There are even extra benefits such as the utility room which is ideal to keep all your noisy white goods out of the way. Outside you will even find a Summer house giving you a place to be able to sit and enjoy the garden even when it rains! The garden is this home's crowning glory, this wonderful space is an amazing space to enjoy the Summer months whether its tending to the vegetable patch or one of the fruit trees or watching your family play on the lawn. The green fingered you will love spending your time here continuing the fine work of the current owner.

What the Owner says:
We fell in love with this home as we loved the location far enough away from the town to be quiet but also close enough should we want to pick up our essentials.

Living here is lovely as it feels more rural than it is especially when you are in the garden. The garden is a wonderful space to relax and entertain.

This is a fantastic place to enjoy a family bbq and we have done this many times and spent the evening around the table enjoying a glass of wine. The home is also a fantastic size and both bedrooms offer plenty of space.
