Property description

As soon as you approach this family home, you will instantly see why the current owners have been here for so long.

The essence of “homeliness” hits you the moment you step foot through the front door of this much loved family house.

Full to the brim with potential, it is just waiting for you to put on your own stamp. You can let your creative side go wild, as each room currently gives you a blank canvas to work from.

The garden is enclosed and is certainly an area the whole family could enjoy, whether it be for those barbecues with friends or simply to sit and relax in the sun. At the end of the garden there is a rear access, which means you won't have to trudge through the house with any garden waste.

Within a short distance of the home, you have a primary school along with local shops and amenities, meaning stressful school runs could be a thing of the past!

Although you are only a walk away from the green open spaces of Coulsdon Common, you are still within reach of the independent shops and cafes in Caterham-on-

the-Hill, as well as the town centre down in Caterham Valley.

So what are you waiting for? Give us a call and let's see what this home could hold for you.

What the Owner says:
One of the main things we were looking for, all those years ago, was a pleasant and safe environment to live in. As soon as we got here, we instantly knew this was right for us.

Over the time we have been here, we have maintained the house both outside and in, making life easier and hassle-free.

The neighbours have been great, a lot of whom have also been here for many years giving the area a nice community spirit.

The memories we have here are special, and we wish the new owners as much happiness as we have had.
