Stable Block

Along the eastern boundary of the rear garden is a row of dilapidated stables, which have planning permission to be replaced by a pair of two bedroom semi-detached single storey dwellings. Location

The property is situated in Little Heath Lane, which runs between Bourne End and Potten End. Potten End Village centre is easily accessible for local amenities, which include a village shop, junior school, two public houses/restaurants and a church.

Berkhamsted town centre is within a few minutes drive for multiple amenities, including a vibrant High Street with an eclectic mix of shops, cafes and restaurants, along with both junior and secondary schooling, including the renowned Public School for boys and girls.
