Property description

So you would like to buy a flat in Dorking but there is one major obstacle - there just aren't many quality properties available. Well we think your wait is over as we may have found exactly what you are looking for with this wonderful one bedroom flat.

Once inside, you will notice it has been tastefully re-decorated and there is laminate flooring throughout. The lounge/diner is a real feature being generously proportioned giving you plenty of space for a dining table and chairs and a sofa or two to put your feet up after a hard day's work and just relax. The fitted kitchen has got all the space you could ever wish for with integrated modern appliances and excellent storage - making cooking your evening meal a pleasure not a chore. The bedroom is an excellent size with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes meaning there is space for a king-size bed. The bathroom will also not disappoint as it is fully tiled and the ideal place to relax and soak in the bath after a hard day at work.

So how does the outside shape up? You will be pleased to know that the communal areas are internally and externally exceptionally well kept, with the block having a location close to Dorking town centre with its excellent and great amenities and train station offering links into the City. What the flat further boasts is a garage and plenty of parking for friends and family - an absolute must have in Dorking!

So what are you waiting for? Get on the phone and book a viewing!

What the Owner says:
I bought this particular flat because it is in a tucked away, friendly cul-de-sac yet it's a quick walk to the town centre and to the station, which I frequently use to access London via the direct line to Waterloo and Victoria. It is also moments from miles of open countryside and I often enjoy walks across fields to Box Hill which is conveniently accessed from Leslie Road just around the corner.
The flat is spacious and has plenty of storage and with ample parking it has been a comfortable and pleasant place to live. I have loved living in such a friendly neighbourhood but sadly work commitments mean I need to move but I hope someone will enjoy living here as much as I have over the past 3 years.
