Owners Comment
This has been our much loved and enjoyed family home for decades. We love the peaceful setting and great sense of community spirit, locally. Downstairs is a large lounge, second reception, dining room and a large kitchen. We have found the layout ideal for both, entertaining intimate dinner parties and much larger gatherings. The planning permission gives another dimension to the house for those after something truly exceptional. The location is amazing for a peaceful walk in Horniman gardens, local schools and transport links including Forest Hill station which gets us to the centre in no time!
