Property description

You would be hard pushed to find another apartment in such a lovely and convenient location as this. This very well presented home is on a small development built by Charles Church in approximately 2007.

The quality of build and fitments afforded to this property match those of the larger homes on the same development, so you can enjoy a higher standard compared to other apartments in other areas in this price range.

Ground floor apartments are always highly sought after especially in a village such as Ashington, where older buyers look to retire here for the convenience and safety that this village enjoys. This would also make a superb first home for anyone looking to get on the property ladder and given the proximity to Gatwick and other nearby towns this would be a great buy to let investment for landlords.

The living accommodation is particularly generous and has two windows over looking the communal garden so you get a beautiful outlook plus plenty of natural light.

The kitchen area is open plan to the living space which is ideal for entertaining or simply chatting whilst cooking.

With gas central heating, double glazing, clean neutral decor and allocated parking this property really does have all the qualities buyers demand these days.

What the Owner says:
The first thing that attracted us to the apartment was the quiet road and well kept communal garden, along with the nice appearance of the building itself.

Once Inside the apartment we were really impressed with the high quality fittings throughout and the incredibly spacious lounge/dining area.

Ashington itself is a great place to live, it has a strong sense of community and a friendly feel. It has great amenities and the new M&S Simply Food being so close is particularly handy.
