The master bedroom is on the first floor, occupying an impressive space at the front of the house. The ceiling was removed during the renovation to reveal a butterfly roof with exposed beams. There are large built-in wardrobes and additional storage in the loft space. The bathroom has been designed with a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, Basalt tiles and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has step access to the south-facing roof terrace that catches the sun all day.

The lower-ground floor rooms are both used as workspace in the current setup, but could be configured as bedrooms three and four. The front room has an oversized cupboard with double doors, designed by the owner to store photographic equipment. There is separate access to the lower ground floor from the street.

The house is located on a quiet residential street positioned between Hackney Downs, Stoke Newington and Dalston, a very progressive area with an ever-increasing number of excellent independent restaurants, cafes and bars.
