Petitou and Cafe Viva are also good on nearby Choumert Road. Local drinking establishments include The Montpelier and The Vic(toria) Inn. Watch out for local celebs! Rye Lane is close too for Peckham Plex cinema (films for a fiver) and The Bussey Building, plus handy high street shops and services. For more options, Dulwich and Camberwell aren’t far.

Warwick Gardens is your local biggish green space, with playground and dog exercise area. It's not far to Peckham Rye Park and Common's 113 acres, Lettsom Gardens and Ruskin Park. At the top of the park on Azenby Road is The Villa Nursery and Pre-Prep. From 2 years old. You’re also very close to the new Belham Primary School (run by Dulwich Hamlet Educational Trust) and to Bellenden Primary (Ofsted-rated 'Good'), and The Dulwich schools are an easy drive away.
