There is a large sitting room with an adjacent study with windows to the front. The kitchen/dining room is at the back of the house overlooking the rear gardens and patio. Sapphire Spaces of Exeter have installed a luxury hand-crafted Bulthaup kitchen which beautifully combines effortless style with cutting- edge design. Bulthaup is widely regarded as the ultimate in kitchen design and quality. On the ground floor there is also a large utility room, a cloakroom with WC and basin and a large under stairs cupboard.

The staircase to the first floor has washed oak treads and a seamless glass balustrade which continues along the galleried landing. An eye- catching spiral staircase with a glass balustrade takes you up to the second floor which has two master bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms. The shower rooms have Kaldewie steel shower trays and Laufen bathroom fittings. As on the ground and first floors there is zoned underfloor heating under the washed oak flooring. Windows with aspects to the rear of the house are all opaque for privacy.

Outside...
The property is accessed from the road via a stainless steel and opaque glass electric gate controlled by a Videx entry system, providing privacy and security. There is ample parking at the front for up to four cars. The gardens, designed by Urban and Rural Plants, seek to compliment the house with black limestone paths passing through granite stone chippings and clusters of planting. There are planters bordering the walled gardens with pleached oaks and a variety of sculptural specimen plants. The planter in the rear garden has mimosas, agapanthus and lavenders to create a warmer aspect.

St Luke's House has a shared ownership and use of the Baring Crescent private gardens. The gardens are crescent shaped and are sited opposite the twelve period houses and have borders of shrubs and specimen trees with a huge central lawn and pathways.
