The Situation: The property is found in the most popular district of Leckhampton being within several hundred yards of the cosmopolitan and bustling Bath Road facilities with its extensive range of shops, cafes, pubs and eateries. Leckhampton Hill is surprisingly only a matter of a mile or so in the opposite direction whilst Naunton Park is less than half a mile way.

Directions: Leave Cheltenham Town Centre via the A46 (south) passing Cheltenham College. At the "Norwood" roundabout (identified by a public house of the same name) proceed straight ahead into Leckhampton Road. Turn second right into Croft Street and right again into Upper Norwood Street where No.47b will be found on the left hand side (on the corner of Short Street).
