Property description

Beautifully positioned within a private residential cul-de-sac, we proudly present this rarely available semi-detached family home. The lounge is flooded with light the whole day and overlooks the pretty front garden. The modern fitted kitchen/diner is the ideal spot to catch up on the days events over the evening meal.

Two double bedrooms upstairs and an impressive sized family bathroom add to the comfort of this home, along with a downstairs cloakroom, it should help to reduce the queues in the morning rush.

The rear garden has a patio and two handy brick built stores. The current owners have a large well stocked vegetable plot, fruit trees and a greenhouse. You can imagine having family fun in the garden by growing your own produce. It is good to note that some residents have received planning permission granted to create a driveway, something that new owners of this home could consider applying for in the future, however, there is handy parking on the road.

The property is located in the much admired Wallands area of Lewes and is a couple of minutes walk to the local shop, ideal if you run out to the daily essentials, or perhaps the weekend papers after a tranquil walk along the South Downs. It is only a short walk into town, there is a well regarded primary school within walking distance and Lewes train station provides direct links to London and Brighton.

What the Owner says:
We have lived in this house for over 40 years and we have loved every minute of our time here, living in such a wonderful location. We have brought up our children in a child friendly and safe environment which was one of the key decision when we bought our home.

We are now looking to buy a bungalow but don’t want to move too far from where we are. We now feel it is the right time to move to a property on the level and are looking forward to finding something that can offer us a garden where we can continue to grow our own fruit and vegetables, like we have here.
