The Vendor's View

We first loved the proximity to the sea; the ability to look out onto an open view of the ocean is always going to make one relax. This is an amazing escape from our very busy life in London and we spend as much time here as possible.
One of our favourite things about the property is the terrace seat at the back. To sit there on a sunny day, overlooking the tennis court with a gin and tonic in hand is absolute bliss!
We love the fact that everything you need is right on your doorstep. Whitstable has a whole host of independent shops that cater for every need imaginable. We enjoy walking in the local area, making the most of the peace and quiet, as well as being by the sea.
Our happiest memories of our time here involve hosting big summer parties. The place is full all the way from the front to the back! It is a brilliant house for a shindig and get together.
