Princes Risborough is a delightful provincial market town with a Marks & Spencer foodhall, Tesco s, retail outlets, pubs and eateries. High Wycombe is home to the extensive Eden shopping centre, out-of-town superstores and comprehensive shopping, cultural, sporting, business and leisure facilities.

Mainline trains to London Marylebone and Birmingham can be found in both Princes Risborough and High Wycombe. The M40 is easily accessed at Junction 5, Stokenchurch. The immediate area boasts arguably some of the prettiest Green Belt countryside in the county, designated in its entirety as being within the Chilterns Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Schooling is well catered for with Grammar Schools at High Wycombe and Aylesbury, renowned state schools locally and a selection of sought after independent schools.
