Property description

As we always say "location, location, location" being just a stones throw from the beautiful Goffs Park and the stunning Goffs Park Manor where you can meet friends for a drink or book a table for Sunday lunch!

This modern house is presented in excellent decorative order so you can just move in and enjoy - leave those paint brushes in their box for another day.

The kitchen/dining room is the ideal place to prepare your family's meals or be more creative and impress your guests with some new dishes when they come round to visit.

The comfortable lounge with feature fireplace is just the place to unwind. Slip off your shoes, pour yourself a cooling drink and relax in front of the television to watch your favourite programmes.

The rear garden offers ample space for the children to run and play in a enclosed private and secluded environment.

Set back from the main road with the addition of two allocated parking spaces is just what you want when you return home with the weekly shop.

For those who commute up to London on a daily basis for work will find the close proximity of Crawley mainline railway station a godsend. The vast array of shops and restaurants that the town possess will be hard to resist.

What the Owner says:
When we first came to view this house we knew this was just what we had been looking for. With its attractive appearance and excellent location we thought it was too good to be true.

We have now enjoyed many happy years here however we have now decided the time is right for us to take the next step up the property ladder but hope that the new owners will love living here just as much as we have.

Having the park opposite is great. We often take a stroll after Sunday lunch to work off the calories! The children love the playground, paddling pool and train ride which is a popular attraction in the area.
