Property description

Warm and cosy is one way of describing this home, another is versatile.

It is a real homely feeling which greets you from the moment you walk through the front door and it stays with you all the way around. What was once a cellar has been converted into the bathroom, so you can imagine the size. The utility area next door is the ideal home for all those noisy appliances, providing more cupboard space in the kitchen.

No major updating is required so you can forget your fear of diy.

This property dates back to the mid 1800's, which means it is one of the original dwellings on this road in particular. The high ceilings really brings out the character and also gives that feeling of great space.

In regards to location it is relatively central, with the train station, town centre, Medway Hospital and Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre all within the vicinity.

Outside you have a lovely garden waiting for all you green fingered lovers to get stuck in. The elevated position allows you to enjoy the views over the valley.

With its position I can only imagine you will be enjoying sunshine for most of the day in the summer months.

What the Owner says:
We've been here for over 11 years and it's served us well.

Looking back at the time of our property search, we looked at several places before coming across this one. It looked small from the front, but the moment we came through the front door it felt right, by the time we got upstairs we looked at each other and said "it's the one".

We are conveniently located to everything and when we need to take the dog out we only have to wonder along to the end of the road and there is a field which is perfect! Darland Banks is also a nice walk on a Sunday morning whilst taking in the scenery.
