Property description

This really is a wonderful family home with lots of impressive features you wouldn't necessarily associate with a "nearly new" property like this. The first point to note, is the fantastic lounge which would cater for any family with children, not to mention having ample space for furniture.

Moving to the rear of the property and you’re greeted by very useful kitchen/dining areas with lots of integrated appliances and storage which would make the perfect “hub” for family and friends alike. Being roughly five years old, the property also benefits from the remainder of the NHBC guarantee although the look of the place overall is quite stunning, hence you really wouldn’t envisage having any work to do at all. A very large single garage at the front of the property easily accommodates the family car, as well as having lots of very useful storage space, and at the rear, the garden provides all the room you need to relax or entertain. Moving upstairs and two double bedrooms and a good sized third offer the ideal amount of room for large beds and freestanding furniture, and the beautifully finished family bathroom will delight with its high quality fixtures & fittings. Being situated at the back of this popular development and with a choice of two play areas nearby, it’s certainly child friendly and with easy access to woodland, those long dog walks are catered for too. Overall then, a property that will surprise and delight in equal measure – viewing highly recommended.

What the Owner says:
We have lived here for nearly 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed where we are. Having 2 young children, the house fits well with us, at feeding times the kitchen/dining areas are great, they can be in the same room as me playing while I get their meals ready so I can keep an eye on them and once fed there are plenty of places to take them to burn off all of that energy they always seem to have ! The garden is also very safe and secure.
We toyed with the idea of putting more bedrooms and a bathroom in the roof as its so big but our circumstances have now changed and we have decided to move on.
