"This was my first property and I was immediately drawn to the location as Ashley Cross is a great spot to meet and hang out with friends. Once I viewed the apartment I was really taken aback by the size as i'd viewed a lot of other apartments but they were much smaller. I've really enjoyed living here, especially now Penn Hill has really taken off too with Jenkins & Sons and Patisserie Mark Bennett just down the road."
